Good speach,Lots of things to think about mainly first when people have to pay more they will look for solutions that cost less.
Years ago I heard about a father that was a computor nerd he was in his sons room in the hospital the Dr.couldn’t figure out wha was wrong with the child and yet every one including the father saw the child becoming more ill.
Through desperation the Father got on his computor contacted people all over the world asking for help,he found a Dr.overseas who knew what it saved was , it was early in the morning he called his son Dr at home made him come in and talk to this Dr.they founf out what to do and saved his life.I was at a Prudential seminar and they were trying to get people to take time and learn how they could use computors in their busines.
Most people didn’t want the way they workd to change . You are right on on this. your other Mom

be there to listen in person.. I couldn’t repeat it verbatim but enjoyed listening to it. Congratulations on your great accomplishment! I see where it will be used so much.
