The Art of Science: Schroeer As scientists find themselves working with ever greater and more complex quantities of data, meaningful ways to visualize that information are becoming increasingly important. Some have argued that science is experiencing a mini Renaissance, as scientists and artists are called upon to collaborate more and more in an effort to make data intelligible. Princeton University’s second “Art of Science Competition” gives recognition to this trend by honoring work that highlights the intersection of these fields in beautiful and illuminating ways.
